(or Free Junior Library Card)
Simply complete an application form during your visit. As long as you have the correct supporting documents, you can begin borrowing immediately.
   
Important notes
You MUST be able to show an official ID and proof of your current Australian residential address.
(A PASSPORT ALONE IS NOT SUFFICIENT)
Juniors require the co-signature of an adult guarantor residing at the same address.
Required documents
A NSW Drivers License registered with current address or Photo Card [What is Photo Card?] alone serves as an ID and a proof of address.
Alternatively, you can present two forms of documents, an ID in addition to an official document under your name as a proof of address. See samples of ID and proof of address below.
ID: Passport, International driver licence, Student ID, Credit card, Medicare card.
Proof of address: Bank statement, Utility bill, Tax return statement, Residential tenancy agreement.
Juniors are allowed to bring a proof of address registered under his/her guarantor’s name.

Borrowing terms
May borrow 5 items for 3 weeks.
In-person loan only.
Items with age restrictions (eg. <R> rated DVD) are not available for loan to junior card holders.

Loan Renewal Loans can be renewed twice. Each renewal is for a period of 3 weeks from the day you request the renewal *unreserved items only
